About us

Agency of Agriculture is an institution under the Ministry of Agriculture, responsible for implementing the state policy in the areas of administration of agricultural and food market regulation measures, informing and selling agricultural products in the domestic and foreign markets, as well as promoting food consumption and overseeing the activities of agricultural entities in the areas assigned by laws.

Objectives of the Agency:

1. Implement the policy of promoting agricultural, food, and rural development, as well as the administration of agricultural and food market regulation measures financed from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund.
2. Implement the policy to ensure the protection of suppliers of agricultural and food products against unfair trading practices.
3. Increase the competitiveness of agriculture and food production by creating opportunities for economic activities in rural areas and improving the quality of life in rural areas. This includes strengthening and promoting short food supply chains, forms of cooperation, and learning in the fields of agriculture, food production, fisheries, and rural development.
4. Implement the state policy in the field of land improvement.
